Whoever came up with the idea of transforming bite size sushi rolls into one large roll or burrito deserves recognition! I stopped by Rolls By U in Arlington, Virginia a few weeks ago for a quick bite and oh my goodness, it was delicious! I ordered the “By U Crunch” signature rito (shrimp tempura, crabstick, salad cucumber, avocado, crunch, spicy mayo and I added purple cabbage) and I loved it! It had a crunchy consistency and full of flavor.  

The place is nice and clean. The food is fresh (I even got to see them cutting a salmon) The staff was extremely friendly, especially the cashier (Enkhuul) who asked why I was taking photos and then asked if she could be in my blog 🙂

Overall, loved this place! Definitely will be back.
